Big news from the Care Assist family. We're proud to announce that we have taken on Clock Cottage in Harrow, commissioned in partnership with the London Borough of Brent — extending the warm, person-centred care we're known for into a brand new home and a brand new community.

Clock Cottage joins us with the same values that have always driven Care Assist: dignity, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping the people we support live fulfilling, independent lives. Our team is already working hard behind the scenes to bring the Care Assist standard of care to Harrow, welcoming staff and residents into the fold with the warmth they deserve.

This is an exciting step forward for us as an organisation, and a wonderful opportunity to grow the difference we can make. We can't wait to introduce you to the Clock Cottage team in the coming weeks.

What a night to remember. Our team came together to celebrate at the Care Awards Show 2026 — an evening dedicated to recognising the dedication, compassion and outstanding work happening across the care sector.

It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our incredible staff, whose commitment to the people we support never goes unnoticed. From our support workers to our home managers, every member of Team Care Assist plays a part in making our homes places where people can truly thrive.

We were especially proud to see Edmund Okang nominated at this year's awards — a well-deserved recognition of his hard work, dedication and the difference he makes every day to the people we support.
