Siddharth Wazir is the Chief Executive Officer of Care Assist Ltd, leading the organisation's growth and strategic direction across supported living and residential care services. He is responsible for identifying and delivering new opportunities for expansion, including entering new regions and overseeing acquisitions. Siddharth works closely with local authorities, commissioners, and partners to develop high-quality services and ensure the organisation continues to grow in a sustainable and well-managed way. Working alongside the leadership team, he focuses on strengthening operations, improving service delivery, and building a stable, scalable care platform — with a clear focus on delivering better outcomes for the individuals Care Assist supports and the communities it serves.
