Staff record via Nourish:

- Medication administration records (where applicable)
- Outcomes, goals and progress
- Risk management and safety information

What is BrightHR?
Our HR hub for rotas, absences, leave and key employment documents — everything in one reliable place.
Staff can do via BrightHR:
- View and manage work rotas
- Record sickness, holidays, and other absences
- Access important HR documents and policies
- Submit requests for annual leave
- Track hours worked and upcoming shifts

What is Blip?
Our digital clock-in/out system — location-based, accurate and built to keep payroll transparent for everyone.
Staff can do via Blip:
- Clock in and out of shifts using a mobile device
- View their recorded hours
- Ensure timesheets are accurate and up to date
- Support payroll accuracy and transparency
