About Keephill Drive
Our High Wycombe service supports adults with learning disabilities and can also provide support for people with dual diagnosis and complex care needs. We work in partnership with the individual and their wider support network to build plans around strengths, preferences, goals, and everyday routines.
The focus is on helping people live an enabled and enhanced life through practical support, skill-building, choice, and respectful encouragement. Support is tailored so people can develop independence while feeling safe, valued, and connected.

Life skills training
Support with cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, time management, routines, and everyday responsibilities. -
Health & wellbeing
Help to access healthcare, manage agreed routines, and maintain stability, confidence, and wellbeing. -
Community inclusion
Encouraging participation in local activities, relationships, volunteering, and wider community life. -
Travel & daily independence
Developing transport skills, confidence outside the home, and practical independence in day-to-day life. -
Self-advocacy & decision-making
Supporting people to express preferences, understand options, and have a stronger voice in their own support.
